VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Volunteer for our Events!

The BI MEN NETWORK - now the largest organization of bisexuals on earth today - with over 1/4 million members is largely a volunteer organization. To make each and every one of our BI Men Events a success we rely on YOU - the friends and membership to VOLUNTEER and make these events the best they can be. For many men these events are the FIRST time in their lives that they have come out as a bisexual male - gotten nude in public as a MAN - met a group of other openly Bi and gay men - had a man's vacation on their own ever - and in today's hectic world - just enjoy a trip to the country to freely relax and unwind. VOLUNTEERING helps YOU relax and meet others and mingle and feel a part of the group - where most at the start are complete strangers. GO home feeling GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF - knowing that you helped make the event a winner. AND SAVE MONEY or EVEN MAKE MONEY if you need to by volunteering.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
As follows:

PR CHAIRMAN & VICE-CHAIRMAN
Each event needs an area PR Chair and Vice Chair to get the word out to all bisexual groups and Bi and gay men's groups in the area! Also to all GLBT publications and all GLBT community centers and to gay and bI naturist and nudist groups and gay bear groups as well. This is WORK before the EVENT. When you get there relax and see the happy results of your work. FREE REGISTRATION for both the Chair and Vice Chair. IMPORTANT. The sooner you can start the better. You will work closely with MAC in this!

SOCIAL CHAIRMAN
A Social Chairman is needed for each event to invite OTHER agreeable groups to join us and MINGLE. It may be an invite to just stop by to go swimming or attend a beer bust or happy hour - or join us for the weekend. This person will work with MAC to reach groups that are a good fit. FREE REGISTRATION to this volunteer. This work is before the event - months ahead.

REGISTRAR/CASHIER
Need a guy to check guys in afternoon and morning - make sure they are paid up (many will prepay) and collect money (cash). SO must be honest and VERY reliable - will give the guy FREE REGISTRATION ( which is $35-$80). Do sign-ins and give out name tags at our registration desk - with MAC. Your job will be done early during the event. BUT must arrive early and report early for DUTY!

ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR & SPORTS DIRECTOR
Someone good at games - getting the guys to play this or that. Award is a FULL Registration and a prize or spiffs for you! Bring sporting gear - balls and volleyball net. Water Polo? Tug of War? Soccer? Tag football? Spin the dildo? Strip poker?

BREAKFAST CHEF/FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
Someone to organize/set up the light breakfasts and make sure there is coffee, juice, soft drinks available. This guy can get a FREE REGISTRATION.

KEG MEISTER
Someone to go get the KEG(s) for our Happy Hours and Beer Busts (unless we go out to a restaurant with a bar or the host property has a bar). You get FREE REGISTRATION or you can sell special cups for the beer and make some money for yourself. Great way to meet other attendees while they get their beer.

AMATEUR BARTENDER(S)
Supervise MORNING EYE OPENERS in the hospitality suite. Could also serve as the KEG MEISTER.

SAFE SEX INSTRUCTOR(S) & CONDOM COMMANDER(S) & LUBE LEADERS

WORKSHOP PRESENTERS
Do you have a good workshop of interest to BI and BI-curious men? Contact "MAC".

DISCUSSION GROUP LEADERS
Are you good at leading a group discussion on topics of interest to our bisexual and BI-curious and gay male members? Can you lead a group with a topic thrown at you (as moderator) or do you have a hot topic you KNOW ABOUT yourself? IF so please contact "MAC" to discuss further.

MEAT RACK INSTRUCTOR(S) & PRIVATE PARTY ROOM HOST(S)
Arrive early (or have been there before). Advise the many eager newcomers of the ins and outs of cruising on this facility. The Do's and Don'ts of CRUISING - clue us in on real skinny.

SERGEANT-AT-ARMS
Someone burly and commanding to keep the peace and assure that all attending have registered. And also REFEREE in sports and games or any squabbles that might arise.

ALL ATTENDEES AS VOLUNTEERS

Bring stuff to share and donate to the Hospitality Suite and Private Party Rooms! IF you have something rare, fun, or special bring some for yourself and to share. Help spread the word to all BI and gay men you come in contact with in the months before the event you attend! Think how YOU can help make the event more fun, special for all of us!

ALL ATTENDEES - REGISTER EARLY

Register early - pay early. This helps us better plan these events and get the best deals we can for our BI Men. IF you change plans and can not attend then you can get a full future credit towards another BI Men event. Early registration assures that you get a SPACE as some sites are limited. For larger sites it assures that WE are the big event there and not another group.
